1. Returns
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
The item was damaged or not as described at the time of delivery
The wrong item was delivered
Your order was cancelled before dispatch
To be eligible for a return:
You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order
The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
Clear photos of the product must be provided as proof
2. Refunds
Once we receive your return request and verify the issue:
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (M-Pesa, card, PayPal, etc.)
3. Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for:
Customized orders (e.g., names, special messages)
Late delivery due to recipient unavailability
Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
Orders cancelled after dispatch
