1. Returns and Replacement
We accept returns or offer replacements under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If your flowers or gifts arrive damaged, wilted, or in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will gladly offer a replacement or full refund.
- Wrong Item Delivered: If you receive the wrong product or arrangement, please notify us within 24 hours. We will deliver the correct item as soon as possible at no additional cost.
- Quality Concerns: If you are not satisfied with the freshness or overall quality of your order, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo of the item received. We will assess the issue and offer a suitable resolution.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that due to the perishable nature of flowers and plants, we do not accept returns once the product has been accepted in good condition.

4. Refunds
Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original method of payment. You will receive a confirmation once the refund is initiated.
5. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if we are notified at least 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Orders already dispatched or delivered are not eligible for cancellation.
