Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:
- You receive damaged, wilted, or spoiled flowers upon delivery.
- The product delivered is significantly different from what was ordered.
- The order is incomplete or incorrect due to our error.
- The delivery was not made due to an error on our part.
Timeframe for Claims
To qualify for a return or refund:
- You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
- A photo of the item must be provided to support your claim.
- Late claims may not be honored due to the perishable nature of our products.
Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for:
- Custom or personalized floral arrangements.
- Orders where the recipient refuses the delivery.
- Situations where the delivery address provided was incorrect.
- Orders reported after the 24-hour claim window.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order under the following terms:
- Full refund if canceled at least 12 hours before delivery time.
- Cancellations within 12 hours of scheduled delivery may not be eligible for a full refund.
- Custom or same-day orders are non-cancellable once prepared.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing time may take 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or provider.
- You will receive a confirmation once your refund is initiated.
Replacements & Exchanges
In some cases, we may offer to:
- Replace the item with a fresh bouquet at no extra cost.
- Re-deliver the correct or missing item, if feasible.
